Nice office situated in a good location. They handled things very professionally and knew exactly what their doing. The documentation requirements are spot on. Would recommend them if you are in a need. They are not some back alley group who is in it just for the money. My only issue is they didnt have a doorbell.

I work with a mortgage lender and needed insurance docs for condo approval. Sam Olson was the Account Manager for the project needing approval and she has been amazing to work with! It was a tricky and confusing process and unlike any policy I had seen before. Sam took the time, on multiple occasions, to provide all the needed docs and explain how all the policies worked together. She was willing to take my calls and send multiple emails in response to various questions our review team had. Sam provided exceptional customer service, and I greatly appreciate her time, patience and professionalism.

Katie saved us close to $1800/year over USAAgenerally regarded as one of the best/most affordable insurers. She also advised that our home was underinsured and made other recommendations to suit our needs best. Weve known Katie for years and love working with her. The Rice family is so extremely grateful for the service we get at Thompson Insurance. Melanie bends over backwards for us on a normal basis with all the services we need. She is so professional and always there to answer all of our many questions! Julie also goes above and beyond for our business, being available after hours and helping us understand our Commercial policy. They are truly the best!
