Very clean, lobby was nice and fresh, staff were welcoming and very efficient. Room is great and just what you need to rest and relax.

Needed to check in early and the staff were incredibly helpful making sure I could. All staff I encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean. Id stay there again happily.

I use to stay at Hampton Inn by the mall when I came to visit good ol D'Ville but 2 visits ago, Hampton was packed and they couldn't get me in so I stayed at Holiday Inn instead. The rooms were extremely clean both times that I stayed and so were the bathrooms. It had a very relaxing atmosphere too. They have security cameras down the hall as well as outside, near the parking. I feel safe here. The surrounding hotels had a creepy vibe to them. The first time that I stayed here, I'm so glad that I did because I found out later on that night that ten cars were broken into at the Hampton. Everything has a reason... Right? The staff are incredible and very friendly as well. I for one, have never had a problem staying here at all. The police make their security checks outside on the premises too. The beds are nice and comfy with plushy pillows. The biggest con I saw is that they do raise prices on rooms if they have so many left before the end of the night. Members get discounted perks so be sure to sign up on the IHG app for your rewards otherwise, the rooms can get pricey.
