        My husband and I paid our local Ingles a visit today and were absolutely blown away by the phenomenal customer service provided to us by a Mr. Jonathan in the bakery. It's our 5 year old's birthday today so we were in for a cake and various party supplies. Upon searching the bakery's pre made cakes we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Jonathan went the extra mile and approached us to ask if there was anything he could help with. Once we'd explained what we were looking for, he asked if we had any shopping to do so as to provide him with the necessary time to prepare a custom cake for us. We did our shopping while he prepared the cake and it is absolutely perfect. Our daughter is going to love it. His customer service was unparalleled and genuinely made today's experience one we won't forget. Huge thanks to Jonathan! He deserves a raise
