We have been faithful customers to GFL since our first home and working the last 2 years our trash is rarely picked up on time. Now they are blaming vehicles for blocking their access to my trash can. Those vehicles have been there since we moved in as both houses have multiple cars. There is NO excuse! Every one of our neighbors have switched to Boomerang or Reliable and we will be doing the same. This is rediculous! I will never recommend this company to anyone.

Despicable company I dont even know how they are still in business. They are crooks & thieves. They take your money and pick up trash whenever they feel like coming. Then they lie about they came back for a courtesy pick up for missing trash. Or either they make up a story the reason they didnt pick up when they never came. Surveillance confirms it. I bet if you ask them to pull up footage from truck they would probably make up an excuse too. PLEASE RUN, RUN VERY FAST AWAY

called them looking for trash service they said i had a previous account with them account with them which I did not in 2018 which I never had talked to them before, and I had BLD till they closed them mover to Clayton Sanitation, which is closing this year. PS they said I owe them money which I do not I never used them nor contracted with them. It sound like they just lost South Atlanta too wounder why.
