Took photos of a friend at the request close friends my collection spand 40 years no one else have these photos spent two days going thru them a great collection of my buddys music and friends life narrowed them down to just 15 Worked on them made sure to convert to jpeg put them on a new thumb drive was told had to have them there before at least 24. Hours before viewing got there 9 in the morning this lady sitting at a desk said she had just closed the folder didn't even want to see them just blew me off she just blew me off I was stuned I'm sad for the family these are wonderful photos the last thing I could do for my buddy wouldn't even look yeah this place takes time to help family's just blew my off sorry Barry

We cannot give the Hightowner Family enough stars. We had a great experience setting up the funeral for my Grandfather. This is a very hard time for our family as I am sure you can imagine. Russell treated us with much respect, kindness, sympathy, and compassion. He made sure every detail was though out and explained to our family. They honored my grandfather very well and he had a beautiful service. He was a simple man and they made sure it was a very simple but nice service honoring his life. I've been to many services at Hightowner over the years as I am from Douglasville and all of them have been wonderful giving the circumstance. We cannot thank them enough for what they did for our family during this difficult time and honoring my grandfather.
