Everyone here is so rude. They roll their eyes and its evident they hate their jobs. They should treat their patients like they would want someone to treat them.

This place is a joke. You go to the ER to get some information on what's going on so you know what you need to do to feel better not to wait in the waiting room for hrs while thier er staff hang out in a room doing nothing looking lost and confused. We need a new hospital in douglasville. NOT A WELLSTAR!!!!.

S.J. in the emergency department doing registration is yelling at people in the e.r. waiting room. Witnessed her chase and yell at someone in the hallway. This is extremely unprofessional. My wife and I spoke to the supervisor of S.J. and she apologized to us for the way that person was acting. It turns out that S.J. was pushing her personal opinions onto the people waiting in the E.R. That registration department needs to review S.J. job.

The nurses dont know what they are doing and the ct ladies will bring you back from a ct and not even start your fluids back DO NOT RECCOMEND GO TO GRADY
