DO NOT go to this place or even waste your time. When you show up the door is always locked and tells you to make an appointment online. First off, the website doesnt even exist when you search it up online. Second, they dont even pick up the phone. I called them all hours of the day for 4 days and no response. Whatever service you need from here, just go to Piedmont Urgent Care on chapel hill which is like less than 5 minutes away. They will quickly attend to you, unlike this dump

This place is the worst. I've called multiple times to schedule a drug test. I left voicemails asking someone to call back when they were available and I have yet to hear back from anyone or get anyone to answer the phone. They have a sign up that states that they accept walk-ins and also has their number up (that they never answer). I can't believe this place calls itself a legitimate business. I'm sure I'll get some response apologizing for the "inconvenience" but honestly don't apologize just conduct yourselves like an actual business.

This place is a joke. They made it impossible just to do a simple drug test for pre-employment screening. They are never open even when you try them during their supposed hours of operation. Also, good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. The one time someone did answer the phone, the call dropped and when I called again, no answer. Completely unprofessional! At this point I wouldnt trust them to handle a drug test. I asked my place of employment to send me someplace else because these people are untrustworthy and unreliable. I understand they are short staffed, but come on! At least call people back when voicemails are left and actually be on site when you say you are open. UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went to both location nobody was there for two day straight Tuesday and Wednesday employee dont even know when they are supposed to come in DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!
