Dr. Waksor pulled my tooth yesterday and it was the ABSOLUTE worst experience ever. I've had teeth pulled in the past and I've never experienced such a poor care from a dentist. First, he came in and shined the bright dental light in my face ( you're supposed to be looking in my mouth, not shining that bright light in my face). Then he walks out ( I assumed to finish up his other patient) and then returned to me. I was getting a tooth extraction so he needed to numb me. OMG! He just shoved that needle in my mouth several times without seeing if I was okay. I wasn't. Not only was it extremely painful, I literally had tears coming to my eyes. Again, this wasn't the first molar I've had removed and my previous oral surgeon was wayyyyy more soothing and understanding. So, Dr. Waksor walked out and waited for me to get numb. Once I was numb, he started the procedure. Again, he was VERY rough . He didn't care about me at all as a patient. After removing the tooth ( and hitting other teeth that may have been in the way I guess) he left. I even had pieces of my tooth still in my mouth. Based on my experience, I will not recommend this oral surgeon to anyone. Tooth extractions are intimidating as it is, patents don't need a careless oral surgeon.
