They havent come to do any work yet but so far Im far from impressed as Ive called 3x times, each time getting the receptionist and having to leave all the same information ALL over again. The company still hasnt called back and here we are 3rd time, 4 weeks later Im out

DO NOT RECOMEND!!!! Usually I don't write reviews but I would hate for anyone else to be taken advantage of again. at first everything was going great other than his lack of attendance(always had a reason of why he couldn't make it) which at first I was being truly understanding because of the times we are in(2020). how ever once I started noticing small things that lead me to call another contractor out to look at the work for a second opinion (because I myself am not a contractor and don't know right from wrong). he basically pointed out all of my worries without me saying a word. when I reached out to mr. clay in regards to the matters he said it was because he was not yet finished. I have been told that the work that has been done can not be simply corrected without loosing all materials used(tile floors And window) when I looked up mr clays company for my legal information I found a review with basically the same M.O.... My one project was going on for a month(November24 till December 27) before I called it quits. I was initially told that the job would only take 3 days.. I requested mr. clay refund me half of my deposit because I was at least acknowledging the fact that he did do work on my home. but due to the new costs(new materials, demolition fees) that I would need to be reimbursed. and unfortunately I will be taking legal actions Service: Remodeling
