I think they are good mechanics, but i didn't like their business practices. Wasn't a good experience for me. Diagnositc was on the expensive side ($110), and told me what I sort of already knew. They were sort of peeved when I decided to pull my car out and do the repair myself. They quoted $1,500 for fuel injectors. I did it myself for $500, and it was a piece of cake. Less than 2 hours for me, even for first time. They wanted to tune the engine before they diagnosed a vibration in the drive train, which turned out to be just low transmission fluid. They didn't want to use anything but OEM parts, which are difficult to find and expensive on a 29 year old car. They wouldn't cross match parts for me, or even tell me the specs on the original part, or even tell me the p/n of the original part, so I could find some myself. Which i did later with ease and without their help. They were vague in what they did and how they diagnosed, although they were more forthcoming after I said I was taking the car away. To top it off, a couple of vacuum lines were disconnected from the engine when I went to do the job. And a golfing tee was stuck in one of the ports. Not sure if they are to blame, but i think i would've seen it if it were that way before. Seems they would've had some questions about it too. I'll try to find some mechanics who are a little more forthcoming and open next time. Sorry, but it's 2 stars for me. This place is scary.
