My car was unfortunately in a hit and run, which was not my fault. Insurance scheduled this shop to repair my damages, and it was the best experience. There was absolutely no hassle, and they communicated with me about everything through the process. I truly appreciate the staff here, they are thorough and care about their customers vehicles repairs. 10/10. Definitely recommend to anyone!

I recently had the pleasure of utilizing Classic Collision as an Allstate approved body shop, and I must say, their service exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism and a genuine willingness to help. The team at Classic Collision not only fixed my car promptly but also provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. When an issue arose after I picked up my car, they immediately took action and went above and beyond to resolve it. Despite facing challenges with Ed Voyles Kia, who held my car for an extended period without addressing the issue, Classic Collision remained proactive in communicating with them and keeping me updated on the status. Although Allstate was unhelpful despite my repeated calls for updates and assistance with rental car return, Classic Collision continued to advocate for me. When it was discovered that the car's issues were unrelated to the accident, and Allstate refused to cover the relocation of my car back to Classic Collision, they stepped in and covered the cost themselves. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile truly set them apart. I cannot recommend Classic Collision highly enough. If you're in need of auto body repair services, look no further. They are simply outstanding.
