Talk to Robert he is the best No body will beat there price on food trailer I have owned 6 food trailer & kettle corn trailer And have to wait 4 months to get it Not JMC Concession trailer I ordered my on a Friday & it was Ready the next Friday I was not Believeing it The trailer is built first class Not like most trailer builders just throw them together hid stuff cover it up I like my new trailer If I buy another one it will be JMC Concession trailer AND NO Body will Beat There

Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trailer. I talked to him at 0900 and by 2pm we were on the way to get it. We drove 1200 miles round trip and was very pleased when we saw the trailer. Everything was as he said it would be and the process was very quick. If we ever buy another trailer it will definitely be from him. We highly recommend Robert with JMC Concession Trailers. 04/26/24 update. While the above was true at the time of sale 9 months later I find the Warranty has no value I called in March 24 about an electrical issue with breakers and Robert offered to send replacement ones at no charge. But he never sent them. In early Apr I called again about my hand washing sink which should have been stainless ( but wasn't ) rusting ?? He assured me he would overnight a replacement sink . He has Never helped with any warranty problems. And now doesn't answer pH nor reply to any text messages. Seems there is No Service after the sale . It's take the money and run. Your warranty is only as good as your salesman so remember my warranty has proven to be absolutely no good so my salesman has failed me , the industry and my family . So my rating is still 5 on the sale but a 0 for warranty as you have none, so buyer be ware !!
