Ordered a burger some sliders and nachos burger was frozen patty nachos were a plate of chips salsa from a jar both were made with very little effort the floor looked like it hadn't been swept in days pretty horrible experience at any price not even worth a 2nd chance

On the plus side, crab cakes were excellent but everything else ruined the experience. The table was unstable and annoying that it rocked every time you touched it. Im a mac and cheese fanatic if I wont eat it, thats a testament to just how BAD it is. Obviously from a can but so is almost everyone elses. Would behoove them to spend a couple more dollars to get at least a passable version. Potato salad was weird. They should warn that there is bacon in it. I was a little freaked out as I wasnt expecting that. Forks were filthy. To the point that after receiving a second one that was gross I had to ask for plastic. The beer from the tap was flat, but at least they promptly replaced it with a bottled beer. The place has potential, but sadly, we will not be returning.

Let me start off by stating that the service is horrible. The party of 4 I was with sat down for 6 minutes before anybody took care of us. Then it took another 5 minutes to bring us waters and a tea. The salad bar is small and the dressings are not fat free or diabetic friendly. We ordered sliders with 1 salad bar and a steak sandwich. The food came out fast, but the burgers are just thin frozen patties that were tasteless. The server asked if we wanted everything on the burgers and we said yes. When we got the receipt we were charged .50 for each water and the burgers come with fries or sweet potato fries we were charged for choosing sweet potato fries. Plus she never stated the burgers didnt include bacon we were charged for The bacon as well $2 for 1 strip of over fried bacon. Then we asked the waitress why so Many Charges? She stated that if she doesnt push the extras she gets yelled at. She then states she is looking for another job because management shows up when they want and when things go wrong the wait staff gets yelled at. So in all we will not ho back even if they offer free food. This place is horrible. Bad business bad food and horrible waitstaff. Not even the employees are happy.

Hardware House was delicious, had great service, and was affordable for what my wife and I ordered. The waitress was nice, checked on us periodically, and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be going back!
