I highly recommend Pro Restorations if youre in the process of needing your crawlspace completed. These guys were very prompt and professional. I called and explained what we needed and they were right on it. Very reasonable price as well. The scheduling process was so smooth, and I loved how they require 50% of the bill up front and the reminder when the job is completed. Thank you Pro Restorations!

5 STARS +++++ This entire team of professionals have been fabulous each time we have used them to clean out the whole house ductwork! Was planning to hire the company to do the remodeling on our home as we are dealing with insurance and water damage through this endeavor. I did not know that I would be face to face with the same company who did work on the home prior to us purchasing it in 2020. The work done then was left as bare minimum and I would not have recommended them to anyone even if they are the only people in the area. We met with them today 1/26/24 the two people we met I recognized the name of the owner but brushed it off, thinking maybe it was another person and that it couldn't have been the same guy from the last time as I didn't see the same face I had seen before. We did a very brief walk through, and over our discussion of what we wanted out of the end result, I spoke of my awful experience with what I realized after receiving a message that they were declining the job. I would have presumed that if a company wanted to make right or do right for a person who hadn't realized it was the same people from before, they would have taken the opportunity to show out and stop at nothing to prove what this review is about as one of the worst experiences I've had in my life. But to my avail was met with what I can only say is again the same people I had met before at this time I again wouldn't trust them to do the work and we are glad that they declined the work as we will continue to use the company we were using before. I currently don't have photos of their work from our home but will upload photos once I get back to the home sunday to show their workmanship from that job prior. I would have loved for them to have shown out and shown up to prove my review wrong, but they are worried about something I have no understanding over, so to anyone who reads the reviews let this be of help to you in your decisions on a proper company to choose this review is at subject to be removed if anyone wants to prove their worth to a good review and do better than they did before.
