Tasha was a life-long acquaintance and although we have lost touch over the years, I knew she was the person we could TRUST when it came time to sell my mothers property. I could not have been more pleased with our results! My mothers property was very unusual, had many moving pieces, and quite frankly would have been intimidating to many realtors, but not Tasha. She struck the right balance between efficiency, aggressiveness and patience which ultimately led to resolving many of the complications of my mothers property which we were unaware of prior to selling. From the beginning, Tasha treats you like family and takes her time to show you properties you may be interested in. Other than current market pressures, we had no pressure and felt comfortable making decisions based on Tashas opinions and experience. Tasha helped us to purchase a vacation home (cabin) in Habersham County. Apparently when you buy a second place the banks like to rough you up a bit before giving you even a small mortgage. Tasha was consistently patient with us as negotiated our way through that minefield and would even return calls and texts late at night. Words cant explain how happy we are with what Tasha has done for us. She even worked out a deal for us on land that wasnt even for sale. Shes just that good.

Tasha isnt your typical realtor. Thank GOODNESS! :-). Shes down-to-Earth with a great sense of humor. No ego and all the ethics. We stumbled onto a property when her custom signage caught my hubbys eye. One phone call later, we were touring the 5-acre parcel. We didnt intend to buy a piece that large, nor did we intend to buy a piece that was virtually finished. Tasha bent over backward for her seller and for us. We are still grinning ear-to-ear and having so much fun with our little slice of north Georgia heaven.
