Mr. Harkness is a fantastic lawyer. He was recommended to my father by a coworker who knew Adam from college as the best lawyer you could hire in the northeastern area, and he was correct. Mr. Harkness was able to negotiate the best possible outcome for my circumstance. I know they say lawyers are lying scumbags who should be purged for population control. But I actually found Adam to be different. He was actually pleasant and likable. They got me in Commerce GA on no insurance, no registration, no headlights, a handicapped parking violation, and using a fake temporary plate, which I bought on Facebook Marketplace thinking it was legit. The insurance violation was supposed to be an automatic Driver's License suspension. Besides the headlight custom, my charges offered very little wigle room for a defense. It was basically a question of "was I driving?" and "was it without proper everything? So while we could have tried the case, we would have had very little to work with. But since Adam knows all the prosecutors, he was able to negotiate a favorable outcome for me. I ended up pleading guilty to 4 equipment violations and paying a fine. I avoided the mandatory license suspension, avoided any criminal record, and my driving record is still spotless. Adam is a young and smart lawyer with a go getter personality,, the kind of lawyer you want in your corner. He's not yet set in his ways yet or immune to it all like many of the older lawyers. I felt like he has a heart and cared about my case, which is odd because the stereotypical attorney is a self absorbed prick.

Adam was very helpful in my case. I was wrongfully arrested for some charges I did not do and adam help get the case dismissed in only a month and I will forever be thankful for his help ! If you need a great attorney that will help you look him up or go see him , he makes things happen !!!!
