Been going to her for years! She is absolutely amazing!! She was key to helping me through one of the worst times of my life and I cant recommend her enough!

Cristina works with my 13 year old daughter and has been amazing at helping my daughter learn to cope with anxiety and depression. Being a teenager today is full of pressures us adults didn't have to experience and having a therapist like Cristina, for honest and helpful feedback is key, to weathering the teen storm.

I told her to contact my previous therapist as soon as we started. It took her five weeks to get around to doing it, after the two finally spoke she told me she was not qualified to help me. Extremely frustrating and has turned my off therapy.

I am 30 years old, and Cristina has been my therapist for the last 2.5 years. I was diagnosed with depression around 15 years ago, and have seen more than my share of psychiatrists and therapists in those 15 years. Most have been neutral or bad experiences. Cristina is in another league entirely. From Day 1, I felt welcome and "safe", in a situation that was emotionally vulnerable. Anyone who might need to see her will understand the "safe" feeling. She is respectful, compassionate, and engaged. (I had a different therapist fall asleep during a session, so this was a biggie for me.) She asks hard questions, ones that make me think about myself and circumstances in a more mindful way. She challenges fallacies I have (worthless, not enough, etc.), but always kindly. Cristina also actively and enthusiastically(!) participates in training and continuing education. I STRONGLY recommend Cristina Hambrick. I went from drowning in my depression, to being in a lifeboat, to floaties... to feeling better, something I didn't know was possible.
