I scheduled my passport appointment over a month in advance, only to arrive promptly to a closed and locked passport office door. After finally getting an employee to give me some real information, I was told that the passport attendant took their lunch at the exact time that I scheduled my appointment, with no further information and a suggestion that I I just have to schedule another one… which will be over another month in advance. If this is how they handle their time, I’m genuinely worried to think how they handle your package and personal information. Use this place as a last resort, do not trust what they say, and document everything you can for proof when they fail you. Good luck.

My dog died, and I had her cremated. USPS picked up her remains and didn’t scan her in. I still have not received her, and this office refuses to answer the phone for me to get an answer. Shame on anyone who works there.

I’m not understanding why the mail carrier keeps putting my mail in other ppl mailboxes my apartment is 3861#12 clear on the mail but somehow my neighbors always have my important information and mail nobody ever answers the phone my stimulus money was so messed up because of this now my child credit ugh
