Staff is friendly and the mani/pedi and brow waxing I got were good, although the technician seemed to be in a big rush. They seem to be understaffed. The wait can be quite long when there are only three people servicing clients on a Friday! I do not like my manicure being done while I'm sitting in the pedicure chair. I am more interested in getting my cuticles trimmed, and it's hard to do a good job in that position. All of the nail shops do this now, so I plan to book my manicure at a different time. Of all the nail shops in this Wesley Chapel/Flat Shoals Parkway area, they are the best in my opinion. If you're not a regular at other shops, seems like I got a technician who seems inexperienced and can't speak any English.

Horrible service. Don't use this place. Normally Amy takes her time & is courtesy but she was horrible today. Amy told me to return at 630pm to get a nail fixed, in which I did and the man/owner/manager started yelling at me because it was time to go. they shop closes at 7. The man was aggressive and rude.
