The Moore team was communicative, upbeat and enthusiastically walked me through the refinancing process step-by-step while patiently answering all of my questions. They also backed up all their enthusiasm with real results (our house appraised way higher than expected!). As a visual learner. I also found their presentation tool comparing different payoff scenarios extremely helpful for understanding our options. Our loan officer, Jeremy, along with the whole team were awesome!

Doug and the entire Fairway Mortgage team were very attentive during the process --- I had lots of questions and the ENTIRE team was always quick to reply and help us with everything we needed.
