    I had a very frustrating experience here. I scheduled an 8am appt for a hydrafacial. Im currently 6 months postpartum and have had acne flare ups since giving birth. I expressed this specifically to the person I scheduled my appointment with. They even offered their deluxe option which included a serum for acne. As someone very familiar with this exact procedure and the results, I was looking forward to my treatment. I arranged childcare and fought morning rush hour traffic to make my appointment. Once there, instead of performing the facial, I was given a consultation and presentation for skin care products they wanted me to use for TWO WEEKS before they would consider doing the hydrafacial. $380 worth of skin care products. $380! I totally understand wanting to discuss goals, risks and suggestions for follow up skin care, but if there was a chance they would have refused treatment, thats something that should have been disclosed to me when scheduling the appointment. Ive never been denied a scheduled service before, nor have I had any issues post treatment. They said it was possible to cause further breakouts. I scheduled with another med spa the same day (after arranging childcare again). A week later and my skin is looking clear and bright. No complications! I wanted to give this establishment a 1 star rating but decided to rate them with a 2. The manager did call me to apologize for the situation and added $100 to my account. Unfortunately for me, I wont get to use that $100 because theres no way Ill ever come back here. There are way too many med spas in the city to give them a second chance.

    Had my first appointment here this morning and am already getting scheduled for my next one. Raven got me scheduled for a consult and filler/dysport really easily. I love that they have hours to accommodate after-work clients. The consultation I had with Jonesse was really in-depth and she was patient with all my questions. When I had my procedures done, she walked me through everything I would feel as we went and gave me a little stress ball which actually worked wonders! Prices are reasonable, and I felt taken care of and welcome the minute I reached out. Can't recommend it enough!

Michelle did my lip filler (it was my first time ever doing filler) and she was very informative, and kind. She explained the whole process to me thoroughly, before and during the injections. She has a very calm friendly energy and answered all of my questions very well. I will definitely be coming back! Cant recommend this team enough

Chin Up! Aesthetics is the premier medical spa in Kennesaw, GA, and Decatur, GA. Our focus is to provide a safe and non-invasive alternative to plastic surgery that will make our clients look younger and feel confident. We will accomplish this by providing a variety of non-invasive injectable modalities including neurotoxin (Botox or Dysport) and dermal fillers (Juvederm and Restylane products for cheeks, chins, jawline contouring, etc) along with Microneedling services for both males and females. We will also offer long-term collagen production modalities with the use of Sculptra aesthetic. Our injectable techniques not only include treatments to the face but also various parts of the body.
