The funny thing about this place which most people dont know is that this was the location where they filmed the movie The Cannonball Run with Burt Reynolds. This is where they filmed the first third of the movie where they started the race. The pub is now gone but throughout the movie you can see this parking lot and hotel in the background... pretty cool fact
