My first experience was phenomenal. I was in and out in less than 3 hours and the work exceeded my expectations. I got medium knotless with triangle parts Aku, was my braider along with another young lady. Fast forward to yesterday, I had a 9 am appointment with the owner who was over an hour late. There was another client and braider in the shop who couldn't speak English, who started on my hair. She showed me the first braid and I told her that I wanted it bigger like the picture and not so long. She smiled and called the owner, I told her the same thing. She kept braiding and I asked to use the restroom maybe an hour later and I wanted to cry . My braids were horrible so, I asked for them to be removed and I was good. The owner insisted that she would redo them and I would love them. She redid them and they are neat, however, they are uneven and I'm disappointed after being there freezing for 9 hours and paying $210. I will say they are very sweet ladies .
