Hi Alicia, My name is Tiffany, I'm co-owner at Wildheart Salon in Decatur, GA 30030. I have spoken to my co-owner, Cartez, and he or myself did not have a conversation with you. You spoke with our front desk coordinator about the 10am appointment that was booked online where our policies and location information is listed. The card that was placed on file by whomever booked the appointment was not charged for any service. Before anyone books on our website and adds a card on file, they must first agree to the terms listed before proceeding. The appointment cannot be booked unless terms are agreed to. My business partner and I would have been happy to discuss this situation with you if you had additional questions or concerns as you've stated here that weren't discussed with our front desk coordinator. I do wish you would have reached out to us to see if we could help answer any questions before posting a review here that your card was charged even though it was not.
