Dekalb DFCS

This place is freaking horrible and they dont care about families or children who are in need. I had my son back in January I tried adding him to the insurance. When I went to his appt he had no insurance because a case worker input the wrong child on my insurance. They are saying I had a little girl in fact no I didnt I have a son. I have been trying to change this information for months now. I call everyday leave message. No return calls and no change on the online portal. Today I waited on hold for 6hrs & 30mins no one answered . My son is over due for his two check up. I hate Dekalb County DFCS they dont do their job correctly. Violation of HIPAA, and everything else!!!!!!!

On the child support application there is a fax number provided with the address to return the documents so I faxed my documents in being I just received them Monday and the deadline was Friday. I received an email thanking me for my application, but it can't be accepted and need to be brought in the office. I spent $45 to get documents faxed and notarized! Why include a fax number to send in documents if faxed documents aren't accepted! I'm convinced these folks hate their job and so bitter that they make it hard for people paying for their services and needing their assistance. I already know it will be 8 months before anything happens with my case if anythingat all, because they simply don't believe in good customer service or professionalism.

I have 5 children and no one has reached out for my super late interview. We can't get in touch with nobody. Come now Dfacs... they gonna be ready to take people kids now

These people need be fired . Absolutely no question about it. I'm calling state center turning in my case worker Angela Denning who told me she didn't have to help.me. she should be fired. She told me she does not have to help me she didn't care
