I gave this place two tries to give me a good experience. They failed both times so needless to say I will not be back. The first time I came in to get a silk pocket square dry cleaned and they mistagged it as a shawl so when they rang me up and it was like $15 I was shocked. I tried to say something to the lady that checked me out but she did not speak much english (which I do not have a problem with) but I could tell it was a lost cause. I decided when I got home that I needed to say something. Contacting someone about costumer service is very hard with this place. Finally after going back and forth with someone for what seemed like weeks, they gave me a partial refund. The second and last time I came in was last week. I had a very nice dress that I wanted dry cleaned and took it in. I came back a few days later on the day they said it would be ready and guess what it wasnt. No big deal. The lady said she would call the dry cleaning plant and see what was going on and would give me a call sometime later that day to give me an update. I waited all day and no call. I decided to just go in the next day since getting them on the phone is very difficult. Again, the same woman said it was not ready. A whole day after when they said it would be done. I told her that it was fine but this time she needed to give me a call when she finally figured it out. I got a call later that day and she said it was ready. I went in and the woman said oh you have a card on file so no problem. Woah woah woah They charged my account before I even stepped in the building to pick it up? I was shocked. I asked if I had received some sort of discount considering i paid TWENTY DOLLARS to dry clean a dress and it was late. She said no. I dont mind spending $20 dollars to dry clean but it better be the best dry cleaning I have ever received and it damn well better be on time. The actual dry cleaning job is fine, you can find just the same with way better prices other places. I will not be returning. EDIT: You can also see that the owner has responded. Of course, apologize for the optics but not respond to my emails or do anything about it. Typical.

It was my 1st time using this cleaners and I really put them to the test. I came in late on a Friday afternoon asking if they get do next day service for a pair of pants I really wanted to wear on Monday to an important meeting. They exceeded expectations and got the pants pressed and cleaned by 3pm Saturday. I will definitely use this cleaners again and tell everyone what a great job they do!
