They are trash! They lie and say they take adults but they dont.

I had an appointment scheduled. I waited over 3 hours after my daughters scheduled appointment for them to try and tell me they couldnt see her that day and told me they had to reschedule me for the next day. DO NOT GO HERE.

This office is absolutely not a place to take your loved ones. They will reschedule your appointment at any given time without your knowledge. The manager is unprofessional as well as the staff. They have no remorse for any dental needs. I called to schedule an appointment in January with an urgent need, and they made it for March. After rescheduling, my appointment was rescheduled again. I've never seen anything like this! I understand if you make an appointment for convenience, but make sure you SHOP around before going with this dental office. The company used to be called Kool Smiles, but they were under investigation due to unnecessary procedure and many of the patients was Medicaid recipient. You can research them on Google (Kool Smiles).
