I have long supported this business and black businesses in general. Never again will I patronize this establishment. I ordered a duster and was sent a damaged item. I sent it back and was advised via email (though I was told I would be called when the item was returned) advising that the item was out and I had store credit. I fully understand the return policy but when it is the fault of the merchant a patron needs to receive their original form of payment. And the credit they offered is only valid for 30 days. This is why people go to bigger brand merchants because of the way people are treated when they try to support small business, primarily black small business. You all have lost a dedicated customer.

My experience was nothing but AMAZING...from the welcoming staff to the professional, friendly, peronal consultation with Shun herself. All pieces were FABULOUS and so me, without me ever telling Shun what I liked. You could not ask for a better way of shopping. So loved every one and everything.

Absolutely LOVE this boutique, its primarily online but Shun and her team do fashion/styling appointments. The prices are always fair, Ive seen exact items on other sites as much as 50% additional markup. (Outrageous). Shun and her team are fun, always giving great energy, always helpful. Shun also cares about the needs and interests of customers so recommendations are taken seriously.
