Ernest started off will extremely helpful and I had hope that I spent my money wisely. He gave me 21 day turn around to receive all my project work. 21 days went by and their was lack of communication. I no longer heard from Ernest when I needed to check on my project. He would say “ Call you shortly” but I would never receive a call back. Three months went by with him giving me the run around and I finally had to get lawyers to step in. I paid significant amount of money to not still have my project in my hands. I also paid for a year of guidance services and never received any guidance to help me along the journey. I will not recommend this service based off the lack of communication, poor customer service, lack of honesty, etc.

Outstanding company! Great customer service and project involvement. My project was more involved and had so many more pieces than I knew of. They stuck with me through licensing, zoning and certification. It took a while because of the requirements I had to produce but they got my Ohio Agency formed. Special thanks to Mr. Flagg who kept pushing me and would not let me give up.

Good work and woah. Glad this is over....Maryland is tough than we thought. This licensing process was tough even with help...thanks for all you have done and we will certainly remember you when we expand. We now have 3 residents and got our first check. I want to say how much it is so bad but won’t. We have one level one and two level 3s. So so pleased with this company.
