I had a wonderful experience today at Natural Identity salon. I broke my wrist recently and as such, cannot wash and dry my own hair for the time being. I was able to make a same-day appointment with Amir, and received an excellent shampoo, mask and blowdry, with a wonderful head massage, for a very reasonable price. I am glad that I found this salon and plan to return.

One of the women working there cut into my eyebrow and did not acknowledge it. Tried to tell me there was a gap in eyebrows that I totally wouldnt have noticed since its not like I look at my face everyday. Plus, I felt her scissor slip and cut into it. They got two people to try and convince me it was already there aggressively. Theyve made my eyebrows look so uneven and different over the past 2 years Ive been going, I will never go again and I wouldnt recommend to anyone who cares about their eyebrows even a decent amount. Only reason I went is because theyre on the cheaper side, but its not worth it, its my face.

Bad experience with payment the lady she work at the cashier counter she is really rude with us and she wants a fource full tip while I was paying for my hair cut she dont no how to take care of customer she is really rud and I dont want to give tip but stell I need to pay for tip and she take fource full tip and she dont no how to talk with her employees to its were bad

I always come here for brow threading with the technician Monesha. She told me about the facials, so i decided to get one. THE BEST FACIAL Ive ever had. She is so good. Im a repeat customer. I love this place. They are always so nice and quick. Thank you
