Harley Collision Centers

Took time off of work to come in for an estimate on a Friday, 5 days later and they still couldnt get back to me. Called up there Monday and was given some lame excuse as to why Joshua couldnt take a few minutes to put the estimate together. Wouldnt give them my money if someone paid me to do it. A pathetic level of customer service.

I came for repairs through my insurance. They were very nice. They fixed everything I spotted out to them. Every time. I truly appreciate their patience and willingness to serve. Theyre great.

Very satisfied with the customer service from start to finish and the quality of the work. David and Stan did an outstanding job. They promised that my Audi would look brand new after they finished with the repairs, and it definitely does. I appreciate the frequent updates and texts about the progress of the repairs. Would definitely return.
