One of the best places to live by far. The leasing staff is the best hands down, the maintenance teams response time is much faster than you would ever expect. Im big on location and this place has it all from entertainment gas station, food, grocery, everything! If your looking for a place to live this is it!

I certainly regret choosing this place. I had to put four work orders the first week I moved: no hot water, the range wasnt working, the wine fridge was heating and had to be replaced and there is a leak in the ceiling. And on top of that the mailbox key I received was the wrong one. I would suggest to the leasing managers to do better walk throughs when a unit is rented! I kindly requested some sort of compensation, like a concession (which they are currently offering) and it was denied because stuff happens. Think twice before you sign a lease! Getting a response from management is insulting. I had many email exchanges with them and now they publicly act like they are all helpful and willing to right their wrongs. Thats rich!

Saying that I regret moving here is an understatement. List of issues: hot water not available upon moving in, range not working, leak in the ceiling, wine fridge heating, and packages being rejected. The best part? Nothing is the managements responsibility. I asked for a concession to compensate for the fact that I had to stay at a hotel instead of home and I felt I was laughed at!

Ive been living here for two months and Im still very happy with my decision. The ladies in the office, especially Simaya have been very helpful and any small issues Ive had have been resolved promptly.
