        The Dakota became our home in December 23.. we quickly came to know Sean and Zach at the front office upon arrival, and also their care and consideration of us as tenants. They truly take time to get to know YOU, and are always welcoming with a smile and a how are you every time you run into them. They work hard to make The Dakota a welcoming and home-y place, and do their absolute best to help in any situation. They put on community events, keep the complex neat and nice looking, and are a presence that is imperative to the success of this place we call home.

      The Dakota at Druid Hills, formerly Avana Druid Hills, offers the ideal apartment home – found in Decatur minutes from the city of Atlanta, yet in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of everyday life.Our newly upgraded community, located between I-85 and Highway 78, features beautifully landscaped grounds and charming apartment homes.
