I lived here for a year and was told that when I moved in I would be able to get paint from maintenance to cover up small holes and such on the walls. I requested paint a week and a half to a week before I was supposed to move out and never received it. I went down to the office on multiple occasions throughout that time period to ask about the paint and was told I would get some the following days. I never received the paint and was charged $468.57 for "damages". I was told that the kitchen and bathroom counter were damaged when there was nothing wrong with either of them, and they moved the gradient on the carpet in the bedroom around to make it look like there were damages to the floor. I didn't get my security deposit back and was charged additional money for all the "damages". You can also hear everything that happens in the hallways because the doors are not soundproof.

Are you charging those excessive move-out fees because the parking garage is deteriorating and youre at risk of becoming insolvent? [edit: responding to your point below] You are *not* fair, but you are unequivocally consistentId bet the 8 THOUSAND dollars it cost me to break my lease/move out (to take a job in another state) that most of your tenants leave frustrated and feel profoundly taken advantage of. You should stop handing out chick-fil-a to current tenants to get better reviews.]

Beautiful place. Staff and Maintenance are fantastic! I highly recommend this place.
