Roaches, work orders not completed or even acknowledged, mold and mildew through the apartments, expect you to pay rent on time, but cant get anything fixed. The latino maintenance man has an extremely cocky attitude, but can't back it up with actual work. Nothing is fixed, microwave hanging on for dear life, has tape holding certain pieces together and for some odd reason is ALWAYS hot. Office staff is extremely nice and pleasant, which is why there is a star....

These apartments are lovely but management is the worst she discriminated against Muslims and will use any excuse to evict tenants. Nina will do anything an everything to move in the residents she wants to move in on her watch. Any resident that move in when shes not in the office or her watch she will make their life hell living there. But doesnt do anything with the tenants that allows their children to run around over residents head and not do anything about it. Nina is a liar and doesnt take tenants rights seriously or into consideration. She will illegally evict you and unjustly terminate your lease without reason and expect you to still pay rent and move at the same time. Dont move here

If I could give zero stars I would ! So unprofessional Ive been on a waitlist since august ! They have given me multiple apartment numbers saying that was mine even paid my $200 deposit . Everytime I call back someone says no maam thats leased already ! They never call you back you always have to call them . If you are thinking about living here keep it moving . Ps : one day I called and they couldnt find my money or my information . How do you lose someones personal information ? UNPROFESSIONAL
