North Decatur Gardens

The last six years at North Decatur Gardens have been some of the best in my adult life. The location is perfect. You honestly have the very best of Decatur within walking distance. The apartments are spacious with beautiful hardwood floors. This place oozes with charm. In the off chance that maintenance is required, the turnaround time is excellent. If I wasnt buying my own home, I honestly dont think I would ever leave.

Ive been working here for a bit now, and I lost my wallet about a week ago... and as I came in I saw it sitting right on the mailbox here! I dont live here so Ive never used the mailbox, so what happened was someone found my wallet on the ground and instead of stealing it, they put it right on top of the mailbox so I could find it. Nothing is missing. Some pretty awesome tenants here!

I have lived at North Decatur Gardens for just over a year and I couldn't be happier!Spacious apartments with hardwood floors, washer/dryer connections in unit, swimming pool , pest control and beautiful park-like courtyard.The Management and Maintenance team are amazing.You can walk to Decatur Square for dining and entertainment.Hospitals, churches, shopping and auto repair are within a block of my apartment.I honestly wouldn't live anywhere else.In case you were wondering....I wasn't paid for this review and I am not an employee.I'm just a very happy tenant.
