As you mentioned the issues with the online payment platform could have been user error, but either way I apologize for your frustration. When you give us a call during business hours, we will always endeavor to answer. If we do miss your call, we will call you right back. Calling us after normal business hours, while this normally isn’t an issue, you were connected to our 24hr customer service. They are typically great, but unfortunately, your call dropping or them not being able to help at that time was not ideal. For this we sincerely apologize. You are very important to us.
