This is a HORRIBLE company!! Not only is it a huge scam but they will call and text incessantly at 5 am if you show the slightest bit of interest. Stay far FAR away from this company!!
*UPDATE: Unlike what the response says, I have spoken with 2 people at this company, both of whom were rude, pushy, and couldn't seem to explain the details of how this company works. If this person is willing to lie about something like this, imagine what they would do with your "investment."

If you are a new investor, seasoned investor, or someone who has been wanting to get involved with real estate for some time, Partner Driven is an excellent solution! They have systems, training, and resources that simplifies the real estate investing process. If you want to Fix-n-Flip, wholesale, whole-tail, or learn creative financing strategies, then Partner Driven is a good ally. All you have to do is find deals that meet their margins criteria, use their contract, use their money, and they hold your hand through the entire process and split the profits with you 50/50! They are a good tool to use as you scale and grow your own real estate investing business. Highly recommended!!!

I just want to express my special thanks to Peter for funding this deal, Julie for finding the contractor and Mary for taking on all the administrative headaches that came along with this property! Even though I got this property under contract as a referral (the best & easiest lead possible), the rehab was minimal and only had a couple of miner hiccups, there were other exterior factors in the area that suppressed the final sales price. I'm ecstatic over this sale and making over $2,700. You might be asking yourself why? Because without Peter and following the Partner Driven process this deal would never would have happened and would have gone to somebody else. I'm in Illinois, the property is in Indiana, I don't have the money, I don't have contractors in that area and I don't have the time to do all the administrative work necessary to keep up with the holding costs. Lastly, I like the consistency in training schedules, availability to reach out to a coach or even Peter, & the 1-on-1 opportunities when under contract.
