South Well & Water Solutions DBA Fortson Well Company

I called on 7/6/23 to have someone service a filtration system that they (Fortson) had installed. They would not schedule an appointment, but instead would fit me in. I got the first "fit-me-in" call on 8/4/23 - missed the call (no voicemail was left), but I called them right back. I guess they had already driven by my house and couldn't turn around. I got the second and final "fit-me-in" call on 10/12/23, which I also unfortunately missed (again, no voicemail). It is now 2/11/24. I can only guess that either my money isn't as good as someone else's money or they simply do not consider this important enough of a job on which to waste their time. I called American Well Company on 11/14/23, and they came out within a couple of hours. They referred me to a filtration service company and even called them for me. Advice to Fortson: stop installing filters you won't service, or at least stop putting your name and number on filters you have no intention of servicing. I would also suggest treating every customer/potential customer like they matter as much as the ones who really do.

This is a family owned company and great people to do business with. They have quickly responded to two separate issue we had and got us back up and running. I highly recommend them for your well needs. They are absolutely our go to company and very trustworthy!
