        They literally cant get anything done on time to save their lives. I wish I could rate them lower than 1 star. Terrible.

        Our kids graduated on May 19, 22 and we still havent received our yearbooks. Some kids have already moved away. The first email stated they were already at the school. The second email stated they would be delivered soon. And the third email was to contact the school. 3 different responses within 24 hours. Nobody can tell us anything at this point. The customer service is awful. None of my questions were answered. We paid a lot of money for books and senior ads with nothing to show for it.

        Very unprofessional. The school systems need to find a new vendor. DHS graduates on 5/28/22 and the invitations aren't even ready. How in the world does that give family who have to travel any time to plan. That's a last minute ticket purchase which means they don't get the best rates. I wish I could give no stars.
