        I was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and had to have my left leg amputated below the knee. Julie Howard was supposed to get my medical records but failed to and I lost my case Seth Holliday and Julie Howard threw me under the bus hoping that I would die I hope they get disbarred!!!
