        My mother died recently, and she had insured her home, and her automobile with Michael Hewatt at Farmers Insurance. When I went to his office to take the death certificate, and discuss some other matters concerning her estate, he was very sympathetic, and very knowledgeable about the next steps that should be taken. He made a difficult situation as painless as was possible.
