Noteworthy details: We stay at Cpurtyard Marriotts often. This is the 1st time I have questioned the cleanliness of the room, specifically the shower. Also, the room phone was dead - another 1st. The remote control for TV is difficult to use. it took multiple clicks to get a station change. On the positive side, the mattress & pillows were quite comfortable. And I loved having glass water glasses instead of plastic!

Absolutely horrible management.. They charged me $250 for smoking in the room and I dont smoke. Manger refused to remove the charge and told me to take it up with my credit card company. A $100 a night stay ends up costing me $350. I will never book a room owned or managed by Courtyard / Marriott and will recommend the same to friends & family..
