        The worse experience of my life. I got stuck in the elevator for almost 30 minutes. I pushed the emergency button and it didn't even work. I had to call a family member to come to the hotel to let them know I was stuck. The woman said to her I thought I heard something loud go off. finally, I was able to talk to her and she said the fire department is on the way, but it wasn't until I called again, that they really came. The elevator was stuck between floors, and so they had to let down a ladder for me to climb out. I wish I could put the pictures and the video I took on here. I was an hour late for my event, and they only took a few dollars off my room. The lack of care and treatment was awful. I still have problems getting on elevators since this happened to me. I would have never said anything if they would have shown more concern especially as a Hiltons rewards member.
