      image Sadly, my experience didn't end well. Lance came by and was very professional in his assessment and suggestions for repairing my gutter. He hoped to be by within a few days to perform the repair. After 2 weeks and not hearing back, I contacted Lance and I was on the schedule for the beginning of the following week. Still no show, so I contacted another company, which responded promptly. I would not recommend A-1 due to lack of customer followup.
