Family member was cremated. Got a call that we could pick up the Urn and ashes. Upon arrival, they opted the box with the urn, then sealed it back. Had us sign stating we received the ashes and urn. Due to high emotions, we didnt open the urn upon returning home. Next day, they called and said they had forgotten to put the ashes in the urn and asked to bring it back up after it was signed for stating ashes were present. At this point, not certain what ashes we received. Now family has to endure the emotions again of going through the process of picking up our loved ones ashes. Cant stress beeping how upset all are

My brother Gerald Parks came to Dalton Funeral Home and made his own arrangements and obituary upon learning his health issues from his doctor. Dalton Funeral Home followed his every instructions. They gave him the burial he asked for. He did not want a funeral. He made plans his way and Dalton Funeral. Home followed through.with his last wishes. Thank you Robert and Tim for putting the deceased persons interest first. God Bless you and your staff of Dalton Funeral Home.
