      Are you sure you are reviewing the correct business? We are certain this did not happen at our store. None of our employees would speak like that nor would they refuse to do something as simple as updating Adobe. We have spoken to our employees and no one had any interacion like this. We have also gone through our store security camera footage all around the dates of your review and found nothing like that. If you want to provide us with a specific date and time we will happily investigate further but as of now this review is considered false.
