Southwind Building Products

We are a retailer and installed Southwind materials for a client. the flooring was failing and we had an independent inspector do test on the product and its deemed a defective product and Southwind also had product tested and there independent said the same. Southwind has been stringing our store and our customer along for over a year. We replaced the entire house with new flooring for out clients and Southwind is refused to pay the invoice for the replacement and we have a product testing which states the product does not have the waterproofing it states on the product label which is on the display which comes from Southwind. BEWARE OF SELLING THERE FLOORING

We are a dealer for Southwind and I have to say that they are the only manufacturer that I would ever install in my house. Colors are great and quality is top notch. Bobby Granatire is our rep and is always right there to help assist us with anything we need. I needed some samples for a customer and bobby drove a couple hours to bring them to me even though he had just been at my showroom a few days earlier! Their locking system on the LVP goes together really easily and is strong. It saves a lot time and money not having to deal with bent or broken pieces that dont lock together properly. Terrible customer service, does not return your calls or resolve any issues. Our flooring is discoloring and not durable. It has gouges/scratches after only a years use. I believe they do not stand beside their products but only place the blame on the customer for the issues with the flooring instead of making things right with their poor product. We dealt with months of doing as they asked, ignored phone calls as said they lost our number even with the 3 voicemails we left. They did not help us resolve our complaints or even try, just continued blame on us for cleaning it improperly. Just the horrible, rude, inconsiderate customer service alone would make me never recommend this company.
