Was a ok bank, but the recent sell to builtwell bank has caused many problems. Charged statements charged for each account I can see many customers leaving this bank .

Worst bank ever. Cant receive instant deposit from cash app, nor are any deposit from atm made available if you needed it. No customer service available after 5. Holds your money. I will be closing this account first thing in the morning. This bank is useless. This bank is not updated on the banking process. I would avoid at all cost!!

Tammy Smitherman at the Shugart Rd branch always goes above and beyond every time I need anything. She always answers her phone even if it is after banking hours. She needs a raise! Please keep her because she is an asset to the bank! If Tammy ever leaves, N-Law construction will follow her! We love all of the branch staff at Shugart. They need more help because they are busier than you think. Another great employee is Elizabeth Wright. She is always helpful and so nice to talk to.
