        This is the most horrible place I have ever rented!!! I would give it no stars if I could!! They've gone through three property managers in less than two years and at least 4 maintenance guys. The pictures I attached are of black mold in my apartment after they claimed they fixed it all!! We had 15 leaks in 20 months, they would come fix the leak but never rapair the water damage, so the mold just continued to get worse! This current management team, DOES NOT care about the residents!! The maintenance guy plainly told us that the water pipes have not been up dated since the 1960's when the apartments were built. This property is owned by the Michaelson group, I would be cautious about renting anything they own!!!

        They will not fix anything. I have had multiple leaks. I live on the bottom floor so a leak anywhere above me becomes my problem. I would give them zero stars if I could. Worst apartments in Dalton. Imo

        The new managers have turned this property around and I love living here. Any issues are promptly taken care of and this is a wonderful place to live!
